The survey, architectural project and visual design taken in the field are evaluated together and the application project that best suits the employer’s demands is prepared. The prepared project will be prepared with details suitable for the purpose of use of the building to meet the technical specification needs.       Material alternatives are defined in accordance with the features defined in the technical specification. The selected materials will be evaluated in a way that they can be supplied in a quality in accordance with European standards, to meet the function expected from them in the best way, and to be supplied within a period that will not disrupt the work schedule. The determined materials are reported on cost, function and procurement process and submitted to the approval of the Employer.<\/p>\n

      2.Supplier Research<\/strong><\/p>\n

      In line with the approval of the employer, a list of alternative suppliers is prepared by contacting the suppliers on behalf of the employer. The material is presented to the Employer with the delivery conditions. The employer participates in the negotiation process and determines the price, payment terms and procurement terms or the project manager makes the necessary contact on his behalf.<\/p>\n
